Itenary:

Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair.

After reaching Port Blair airport, you will be transferred to the Hotel. Later proceed to Port Blair City tour. Chantham Saw Mill, Cellular Jail, Water Sports Complex, Carbyn’scove Beach, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries Museum, Samudrika Museum, Science Centre, Science Centre, Zoological Museum, Chatham Saw Mill in the evening Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Port Blair - Ross Island Trip - Port Blair.

After Breakfast, proceed to a day trip to Ross Island. Later in the evening return back to Hotel in Port Blair. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3: Port Blair - Havelock Island ( By Ferry)

After Breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed to Havelock Islands by Ferry. Check in to Hotel and proceed to local sightseeings like Govindnagar Beach, Kala Pathar Beach, Vijaynagar Beach, Radha Nagar Beach. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4: Havelock Island - Neil Island - Havelock Island

After Breakfast, proceed to a Day trip to Neil Islands by a Ferry. Visit Sitapur Beach, Bharatpur Beach & Laxmanpur Beach, Howrah Bridge. Return back to Havelock Islands for your overnight stay.

Day 5: Havelock Island - Port Blair.

After Breakfast, check out of hotel and proceed to Port Blair through Ferry. Check in to hotel and enjoy rest of the day at leisure for your own activities. You may do Shopping at Sagarika Emporium. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 6: Airport Drop.

After breakfast, check out of hotel and proceed for Airport Drop. Your tour will end here with sweet memories.

Exclusions

* Air / Rail Fare
* Lunch has to be done at own cost.
* Any food or Beverage other than those mentioned in the plan.
* Payment for the extra facilities used in the hotel like spa, laundry, Heater etc.
* Any additional activities during sightseeing like Guide charges, entrance fee, Rope way, ponies, other rides etc.
* Non Veg Food to be co ordinated with the hotels during check in on very nominal direct payment basis to the hotel.
* Items of personal nature like tips, porterage, room service, laundry, phone calls, additional sightseeing tours and excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
* Medical & Travel Insurance.
* Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc

* Only Bsnl, Airtel & Vodafone data cards and mobile networks are available in Port Blair.
* Optional: To and Fro Air or Rail bookings at extra Cost at Actuals.

* Rates are per head (Min 2 Pax). Above rates not applicable on Diwali, Christmas & New Year week.
* EP plan = Room only; CP Plan = Room + Breakfast; MAP plan = Room+Breakfast+Dinner
* Meals start with Dinner on Day 1 and end with Breakfast on Last day.
* Child below 6 years is complementary in same room without extra bed or matress:
* Extra child between 6 to 12 years in same room with extra bed or matress: 40% discount on above tarriff
* Extra adult above 12 years in same room with extra bed or matress: 30% discount on above tarriff
* Package cost may change a bit if our regular hotels are full.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry enough stock of medicines if they are on any medications.
* It should be noted that Whether conditions may prevent doing sight seeings at some places to avoid any danger.

Reservation Policy

* At the time of booking INR 5000
* 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
* 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
* 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
* Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

Cancellation Policy

* You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
* A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
* Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
a) 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
b) 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
c) 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
d) 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
