7N /8D Darjeeling with Lachung Tour

Itenary

Day 1 Arrival at Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok (Approx 125Km / 5Hrs)
Arrival at the Airport. Then Drive to Gangtok. Check in to your Hotel, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay .

Day 2 Tshangu Lake Excursion
After enjoying the breakfast at the hotel, you would be leaving for a visit to the Tshangu Lake. Later visit the Baba Mandir, a shrine dedicated to ‘Baba Harbhajan Singh’, a soldier of the Indian Army. After returning back to Gangtok, you could explore the town on your own or go for a Ropeway ride (own expense) to get the view of the valley. Later, return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3 Gangtok to Lachung
 After breakfast, you would be picked-up form the hotel at 9 am and would be driven to Lachung. This journey takes you to the height of 8610 ft. Before leaving Gangtok you would stop at the Tashi View Point, to enjoy the glorious view of the mountains and the city. En route to Lachung you would stop at Kabi Longstok which holds historic significance in building the friendly relations between Lepcha people and the Bhutia people. Here, you could soak up the natural beauty of the area. You would also visit the Singhik View Point, for stunning views of Kanchenjunga and Mt Siniolchu. After reaching the hotel in Lachung, spend the evening by relaxing at the hotel. End the night with a delicious dinner at the hotel followed by a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4 Lachung -Yumthang Valley Excursion ( Approx 1.5Hrs)
After a hearty breakfast, you would proceed for a half-day excursion to Yumthang Valley, it would take around 1.5 hours to travel from Lachung to Yumthang valley which is famous for the beautiful flowers beds, You would also be visiting the Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary, After lunch, you would be leaving Lachung for Gangtok. En route make a stop at Bhim Nala Water Fall and at Twin Water Fall. In the evening, you would reach Gangtok and after completing the check-in formalities, you have rest of the evening at leisure, or you can explore the town on your own. Shop at the local market. Later return to your Hotel for Delicious Dinner and Comfortable Overnight Stay.

Day 5 Gangtok - Pelling
After a scrumptious breakfast you would head towards Pelling. En route to Pelling, you would visit Char Dham. You would also go to the Samdruptse Hill in Namchi. After a visit in Namchi, you would continue your drive to Pelling, where after completing the check-in formalities you would have rest of the day at leisure. You could choose to explore the city on your own. Return to your Hotel for a delicious dinner and comfortable Overnight Stay.

Day 6 Pelling - Darjeeling
"After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you would proceed for the half-day sightseeing tour. You would visit Rimbi Waterfalls, Hydro Project and the holy Khecheopalri Lake. In the afternoon, you would leave Pelling for Darjeeling which is high up in the Himalayas (at the altitude of 2134m). After the check-in formalities, you would have the day at leisure, which you can spend either by relaxing and enjoying the services at the hotel or seeing Darjeeling in the evening.
Later return to your Hotel for a delicious dinner and Comfortable Overnight Rest. "

Day 7 Darjeeling Sightseeing
Start your day early (around 4AM - 5AM) and visit the Tiger Hill to witness the glorious Sunrise. On your return from Tiger Hill, you would stop at the Ghoom Monastery, which was built in 1850. Adore the 360 degree view of Darjeeling's landscape at Batasia Loop. Then You would be going to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Later visit the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and then the Tibetan Refugee Centre. Later, visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. Then visit Happy Valley Tea Estate. Later return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 8 Departure
After a hearty breakfast, complete the check-out formalities, and travel to the Bagdogra Airport for your journey back home.

* Air Fare if exceeds more than INR 10,000 per head, extra charges apply.
* Lunch has to be done at own cost.
* Any food or Beverage other than those mentioned in the plan.
* Payment for the extra facilities used in the hotel like spa, laundry, Heater etc.
* Any additional activities during sightseeing like Guide charges, entrance fee, Rope way, ponies, other rides etc.
* Non Veg Food to be co ordinated with the hotels during check in on very nominal direct payment basis to the hotel.
* Items of personal nature like tips, porterage, room service, laundry, phone calls, additional sightseeing tours and excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
* Medical & Travel Insurance.
* Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc

* On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry enough stock of medicines to prevent Vomitting due to the curvy Himalayan roads. Also enough stock if they are on any medications.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry thermal & winter wears including but not limited to Caps, Gloves, Top, Bottom, Socks etc.
* It should be noted that Whether conditions may prevent doing sight seeings at some places to avoid any danger. No Refund in such cases.

Reservation Policy

* At the time of booking INR 15000
* 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
* 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
* 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
* Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

Cancellation Policy

* You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
* A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
* Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
a) 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
b) 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
c) 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
d) 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
