Itenary

Day 1 Arrival at Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok (Approx 125Km / 5Hrs)
Arrival at the Airport. Then Drive to Gangtok. Check in to your Hotel, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay .

Day 2 Gangtok - Changu Lake excursion - Gangtok
In the morning, proceed for a full-day excursion to Changu Lake, which is located at an altitude of 12,400 feet., later visit the New Baba Mandir. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Gangtok full-day sightseeing
In the morning, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour in Gangtok. Visit places like Rumtek Monastery, Flower Show, Do Drul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Cottage Industry and Bakthang Falls. Also, enjoy a ropeway cable car ride.

Day 4 Gangtok - Pelling via Namchi
In the morning, drive from Gangtok to Pelling via Namchi, enroute visit the Char Dham and Sandruptse statue. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 Pelling half-day sightseeing -proceed to Darjeeling (110 kms/4 hrs)
In the morning, take a half-day sightseeing tour of Pelling, visiting sites such as Rambi Waterfall, Darap Village, Khechipalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Fall and Rock Garden. Later in the afternoon, drive to Darjeeling. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 Darjeeling sightseeing
Early in the morning (at approximately 4 am), visit Tiger Hill to see the sunrise over Mount Everest, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Next, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Closed on Thursdays), Tibetan Refugee Centre (Closed on Sundays), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from outside), Japanese Temple, and Peace Pagoda. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 Darjeeling to Kalimpong, half-day Kalimpong sightseeing (56 kms/2.5 hrs)
In the morning, get a transfer from Darjeeling to Kalimpong. During the afternoon, take a half-day sightseeing tour in Kalimpong, visiting Zang Dog Palri Fo Brang Monastery, Mangal Dham and flower nurseries. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 Kalimpong to Bagdogra (80 kms/3 hrs)
Today return to Bagdogra Airport for your Return Journey with everlasting memories of your Tour.

Exclusions

* Air Fare if exceeds more than INR 10,000 per head, extra charges apply.
* Lunch has to be done at own cost.
* Any food or Beverage other than those mentioned in the plan.
* Payment for the extra facilities used in the hotel like spa, laundry, Heater etc.
* Any additional activities during sightseeing like Guide charges, entrance fee, Rope way, ponies, other rides etc.
* Non Veg Food to be co ordinated with the hotels during check in on very nominal direct payment basis to the hotel.
* Items of personal nature like tips, porterage, room service, laundry, phone calls, additional sightseeing tours and excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
* Medical & Travel Insurance.
* Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc

* Rates applicable for travelling in AC Alto or Indica for Budget & Deluxe. AC Etios / Dzire for Luxury
* A.C in vehicles will not be operational in hilly roads.
* Package cost may change a bit if our regular hotels are full.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry enough stock of medicines to prevent Vomitting due to the curvy Himalayan roads. Also enough stock if they are on any medications.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry thermal & winter wears including but not limited to Caps, Gloves, Top, Bottom, Socks etc.
* It should be noted that Whether conditions may prevent doing sight seeings at some places to avoid any danger. No Refund in such cases.

Reservation Policy

* At the time of booking INR 15000
* 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
* 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
* 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
* Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

Cancellation Policy

* You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
* A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
* Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
a) 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
b) 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
c) 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
d) 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
