Itenary

Day 1: Morming Arrival at Kochi (Prefered at most by 12 PM).

Transfer to Munnar (133 KM) - a beautiful hill station in Kerala. Enroute visit Cheeyapara Falls and many Tea Plantations. Check in to Munnar hotel and go for half day local sight seeing which includes Eravikulam National Park for Rare Southern Birds and Animals. Enroute Nayamakad waterfalls. While return, visit Tea Museum. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2: Munnar Local Sight Seeings:

After breakfast, proceed for remaining sightseeing in Munnar. Visit Christ Church. Madupetty Dam where you can opt for Boating or Horse Riding. Then proceed to see echo point, Blossom Park. In the evening, you may take a walk around the Munnar local market for shopping. Dinner and Overnight stay in Munnar hotel.

Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar) (102 Km).

After Breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to Thekkady. Enroute you may visit at any of the Spice Plantations. On Arrival, check in to hotel and proceed for local sight seeing. Periyar national park for rare, endemic and endangered flora and fauna You may take boat ride within National Park. Jeep Safari is optional. In the evening, you may roam around Kumily market or opt for Kathakali show. Dinner and Overnight stay in Thekkady (Kumily)

Day 4: Thekkady to Alleppey (139 Km).

After Breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to Alleppey. Check in to hotel and visit Allapuzha Beach or opt for sunset cruise in Backwaters. Dinner and Overnight stay in the Alleppey hotel.
OR, if you choose Houseboat Package, On arrival in Alleppey, check in to the Houseboat. Enjoy full day backwater Cruise in houseboat. You will be served Lunch and Dinner. In the evening, Houseboat will be anchored and you will spend Overnight in the Houseboat. Next day after breakfast, proceed to check out from Houseboat.

Day 5: Alleppey to Kumarkom (33 km).

After Breakfast, check out of Hotel or Houseboat (as per chosen plan) and proceed to Kumarkom. Check in to hotel and proceed for Kumarkom Bird Sanctuary. Evening free at Leisure. You may do boating in Vembanad Lake. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 6: Kumarkom to Kochi (50km)

After Breakfast, check out of Hotel and proceed to Kochi. Check in to hotelYou will see some sight seeings in Kochi like Fort Kochi, Chinese Fishing Nets, Santacruz Basilica, Dutch Palace at Matancherry, Jewish Syngogye. Check in to hotel. Evening free at leisure or shopping in Kochi.

Day 7: Kochi Airport Drop:

After Breakfast, check out from Hotel & Drop at airport (Morning Flight preferred). Tour ends here with sweet memories.

* Payment for the extra facilities used in the hotel like spa, laundry, Heater etc.
* Any additional activities during sightseeing like Guide charges, entrance fee, Boating, ponies, other rides etc.
* Non Veg Food to be co ordinated with the hotels during check in on very nominal direct payment basis to the hotel.
* Items of personal nature like tips, porterage, room service, laundry, phone calls, additional sightseeing tours and excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
* Medical & Travel Insurance.
* Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc

Important Notes

* Hotels are carefully selected within City / Market limits at all places. Further reduction in price is still possible but not worth selecting hotels bit far.
* Above package price is based on CP plan (includes Breakfast) & AC accomodation. Further reduction in package price is still possible with EP plan (Room Only) & Non AC accomodation.
* Rooms by default would be Non-AC in Munnar & Thekkady in Winter and Rains as climate is always cold. Rooms would be AC in remaining places.
* Optional: To and Fro Air or Rail bookings at extra Cost at Actuals.
* Optional on Request: MAP plans which includes Room + Breakfast + Dinner in all hotels.
* Optional on Request: Honeymoon Inclusion like Flower bed decorations, Honeymoon Cake, Kesar Badam Milk & Candle light Dinner on any 1 day at Approx INR 2500 extra.

* Meals in CP plan start with Breakfast on Day 2 and end with Breakfast on Last day.
* Accomodation at times could be arranged in homestays (For Budget Package) at some locations but the homestays would be best in class compared to 2 star hotels.
* Child below 6 years is complementary in same room without extra bed or matress:
* Extra child between 6 to 12 years in same room with extra bed or matress: 40% discount on above tarriff
* Extra adult above 12 years in same room with extra bed or matress: 30% discount on above tarriff
* Rates applicable for travelling in AC Alto or Indica for Budget & Deluxe. AC Etios / Verito / Dzire for Luxury
* A.C in vehicles will not be operational in hilly roads.
* Package cost may change a bit if our regular hotels are full.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry enough stock of medicines to prevent Vomitting due to the curvy hilly roads. Also enough stock if they are on any medications.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry winter wears for Munnar and Thekkady.
* It should be noted that Whether conditions may prevent doing sight seeings at some places to avoid any danger.

Reservation Policy

* At the time of booking INR 5000
* 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
* 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
* 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
* Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

Cancellation Policy

* You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
* A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
* Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
a) 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
b) 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
c) 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
d) 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
