Itenary

Day – 01: Chandigarh - Shimla (120 kms/4hrs).

Morning arrive Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Shimla by Cab (120Km / 3-4Hrs), enroute visit Pinjjor Garden. If time permits, halt at Timber Trail for Ropeway ride on direct payment basis. Arrive Shimla in the evening. Hotel check in, free for leisure / rest. Dinner & Over Night stay at Shimla Hotel

Day – 02, Shimla Snow Point & Local Sightseeing.

After breakfast visit Naldhera. Then Shimla Snow Point Kufri, Kufri Mini Zoo for rare Himalayan Birds and Animals. Enroute Yak Ride if available on direct payment basis. You can photograph yourself in Pahari or Himachali outfit. In the noon visit local sight seeing like Sankat Mochan temple. Then take a walk on Mall Road sites like Church, The Ridge, Lakar Bazar, Scandal Point, Kali Bari Temple, shopping etc. Jakhoo Temple optional - You can either walk or hire a Pony on direct payment basis. Dinner & Over night stay at Shimla Hotel.

Day – 03, Journey (Shimla – Chandigarh) (120 kms/4hrs)

After Breakfast checkout Hotel and transfer to Chandigarh. Later Drop at Airport or Railway station as per schedule. Tour End With Sweet Memories.

* Payment for the extra facilities used in the hotel like spa, laundry, Heater etc.
* Any additional activities during sightseeing like Guide charges, entrance fee, Rope way, ponies, other rides etc.
* Non Veg Food to be co ordinated with the hotels during check in on very nominal direct payment basis to the hotel.
* Items of personal nature like tips, porterage, room service, laundry, phone calls, additional sightseeing tours and excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
* Medical & Travel Insurance.
* Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc

* Above package price is based on hotels either on or very near to Mall Road (Shimla & Manali). Further reduction in package price is still possible with quality hotels bit far from Mall roads.
* Optional: To and Fro Air or Rail bookings at extra Cost at Actuals.
* Optional on Request: Honeymoon Inclusion like Flower bed decorations, Honeymoon Cake, Kesar Badam Milk & Candle light Dinner on any 1 day (On MAP plan) Approx INR 1000-1500 extra.

* Extra adult above 12 years in same room with extra bed or matress: 30% discount on above tarriff
* Rates applicable for travelling in AC Alto or Indica for Budget & Deluxe. AC Etios / Dzire for Luxury
* A.C in vehicles will not be operational in hilly roads.
* Package cost may change a bit if our regular hotels are full.
* Rooms would be Non-AC in Himachal as climate is always cold & AC in Chandigarh
* On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry enough stock of medicines to prevent Vomitting due to the curvy Himalayan roads. Also enough stock if they are on any medications.
* On tour Guests are requested to carry thermal & winter wears including but not limited to Caps, Gloves, Top, Bottom, Socks etc.
* It should be noted that Whether conditions may prevent doing sight seeings at some places to avoid any danger.

Reservation Policy

* At the time of booking INR 5000
* 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
* 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
* 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
* Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

Cancellation Policy

* You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
* A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
* Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
a) 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
b) 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
c) 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
d) 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
