Day 1: Delhi / Manali (560 Km/ 12 Hrs) - Overnight at Volvo Bus
Day 2: Arrive Manali and Manali Short Ride
Day 3: Manali / Rohtang Pass / Keylong / Jispa ( 140Km / 8Hrs)
Day 4: Jispa / Baralacha Pass / Sarchu (90Km / 5Hrs)
Day 5: Sarchu / Leh (255Km / 9Hrs)
Day 6: In Leh - Excursion to Khardungla Pass (34 Km One Way). Rest of the Day free visit around Leh on your Own.
Day 7: Leh / Pangong Lake / Leh same day excursion by Car (150 Km/ one way).
Day 8: Leh / Upper Indus Valley of Ladakh (Tsomoriri Lake) (240KIm / 8Hrs)
Day 9: Tsomoriri Lake / Tsokar Lake / Sarchu (200Km / 8Hrs).
Day 10: Sarchu / Manali (222Km / 8-9Hrs).
Day 11: Depart Manali - overnight at Volvo Bus.
Day 12: Morning arrival at Delhi.

*Wire/ Clutch and Disc Brake Pads/ Engine Oil/ Clutch Plate.
*Participation Certificate for riding upto the Highest Mmotorable Roadof the World (Khardung La Pass)
*Two Plastic Cans to carry Fuel.

*Bon fire (Once during Camping. Depend on weather Condition)

******Any Damage to Bike and Helmet during the tour would be payable by the guest directly.

*Airfare Extra from Mumbai - Delhi - Mumbai.
*Cab from Delhi Airport to Volvo Bus Stand on direct payment (on Day 1 ).
*Cab from Volvo Bus Stand to Delhi Airport on direct payment (on Last Day ).
*Entrances to place of visit.
*Any other meal than mentioned in itenary.
*International / Domestic Airfare, Visa Fees, Airport Tax, or any kind of Insurance Cover.
*Items of personal nature like Drinks, Laundry, Telephone Calls, Tips, Camera Fees, etc.
*Liability for change in itenary due to reasons beyond Himalayan rider's control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights / trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, e4tc.Any other *Item not specifically mentioned above as 'INCLUDED'.

Reservation Policy

* At the time of booking INR 15000
* 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
* 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
* 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
* Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

Cancellation Policy

* You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
* A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
* Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
a) 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
b) 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
c) 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
d) 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
